This is an office and showroom based role dealing with online and in-store sales administration.

Essential Duties:

  1. Dealing with online and telephone orders; processing invoices and payments
  2. Keeping well maintained records of daily transactions
  3. Assisting with customer and in-house queries
  4. Unpacking and checking stock deliveries
  5. Packing and dispatching customer orders via couriers
  6. Assisting customers in the showroom

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to use standard computer applications, internet functions & sales tools
  • Ability to work with selling prices, discounts and vat calculations.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work extended hours (e.g Saturdays worked on a rota)
  • Excellent attitude with integrity and honesty
  • Industry knowledge is not essential; training and guidance will be given
