The 6.5 HP Honda GP200 engine powers the C5, which is designed and made in New Zealand to last a lifetime using only the best parts. The C5 performs well even in the most demanding circumstances. Longevity is achieved by using steel that has been robustly powder coated and protected from corrosion using zinc shield.
One person can easily move the chipper around thanks to its lightweight and compact construction. It is quite easy to move the C5 in and out of the garden shed because of its lightweight—just 67 kg—which is ergonomically balanced across the sturdy construction wheels.
