To get your machine into the workshop, we require a £48 inspection fee. This allows our mechanics to investigate the fault and check warranty eligibility. Should the repair fall under warranty, we will refund the fee immediately. If it doesn't, we’ll use that fee to cover the diagnostic time and get in touch to discuss your options and any further costs.
