The 200 Series, the Next Generation of ISC Rigging Pulleys, is proudly presented by ISC. This RP251 variant is capable of running up to 16mm rigging rope.
ISC has been producing the greatest 'Solutions in Metal' and safety items in their sector for over 50 years at their factory in North Wales, which also produces the Rigging Pulleys.
When ISC launched this initiative, they questioned themselves, "What's next?"How could ISC improve on the Rigging Pulleys, which are now the best in the industry?ISC realised that the strength and durability of the pulleys, as well as the very popular SpringLock locking system, were the most important items to customers.So the team began on the task of improving these functionalities.
Because the 200 Series Pulleys are now so much stronger, ISC had to redesign the pulley plates from the start.ISC reshaped and shifted the material in the hot-forged high-strength aluminium frames using cutting-edge stress analysis methods. This made a significant difference in how they functioned under load to gain strength.
ISC then used heat-treated, hardened stainless steel axles to create a unique axle/frame connecting system. This reduces the likelihood of the frame bending or deforming under high force.ISC created pulleys that are up to 150% stronger than previous models. They are designed to tackle even the most difficult wiring operations with ease.
ISC has to figure out how to improve the locking procedure next.Customers know they can rely on ISC pulleys to perform well and be simple to operate, and the new "SafeLock" technology enhances those characteristics.Despite its tiny appearance, the revolutionary SafeLock locking device operates as rapidly as a SpringLock.
