The HAIX PROTECTOR FOREST 2.1 GTX Mid is a brand new design in the ever-popular line of Protector Forest boots. It is a comfortable, lower cut, chansaw protective boot for Arborists, Tree Surgeons, forest workers & foresters.
The HAIX PROTECTOR FOREST 2.1 GTX Mid in red combines safety with a brand new style from HAIX, and allows for better movement and comfort, especially when climbing. The boot has a class 2 cut protection and prevents chainsaw cuts up to a chain speed of 24 m/s from injuring the foot. It also has GORE-TEX lining to keep your feet during the workday.

Conforming to EN ISO 17249:2013 - Inner Lining
GORE-TEX® Performance; waterproof and
breathable. Abrasion-proof lining fabric
with fleece inner layer. Optimized climate
comfort for all seasons. - Plastic/fleece insole
Moisture absorbent, anti-torsion design for
outstanding stability, reducing point
pressure (from stones, etc.) - HAIX® Protective cap
Anatomically designed, wide cushioned
toe cap - Foot bed
Comfortable, impact-absorbing and
moisture-wicking. Separate heel cup
ensures optimized cushioning and foot
guidance. - Sole
Sturdy and abrasion-resistant,
slip-resistant VIBRAM rubber/PU sole with
rugged terrain tread. The lightweight PU
cushioning guarantees excellent impact
absorption and proper toe-to-heel
movement. The non-marking outer sole is
resistant to heat, fuel-oil. Conforming to
EN ISO 20345:2011. - HAIX® Climate System
The HAIX® Climate system uses the
pumping movement, which permits air
circulation with every step – warm air is
released and fresh air comes in through
the vent holes at the top of the boot. - GRIP+ Spikes
Metal spikes that screw into the shoe sole
provide extra grip and prevent slipping on
branches and felled tree trunks. - Other features: Anti-friction lacing elements, no side seams, study sole edge, with rubber toe and heel protection for prolonged service
