What makes STIHL ProCOM different?

Unlike traditional two-way radios that rely on a "push-to-talk" (PTT) button, which is often impossible when your hands are on the controls of a mower or brushcutter, the ProCOM is a "full-duplex" mesh intercom. This means up to 16 users can stay in constant contact, talking and listening simultaneously, just like a conference call.

The Technical Edge for Professionals

Mesh Networking: With a range of up to 400 metres between two units, the system is incredibly flexible. Each headset acts as a repeater, meaning the total range of your network grows as your team spreads out across large spaces. 

Active Noise Suppression: The high-quality microphone filters out the drone of machinery. Because it uses a "noise gate," it only picks up your voice when you speak, ensuring your colleagues aren't listening to the hum of your leaf blower all day.

Ambient Mode: Safety is paramount on public-facing sites. By tapping the mute button twice, the "ambient" feature allows you to hear footsteps, vehicles, or shouting colleagues, automatically cutting out the moment your machinery starts up again.

Built for the UK Weather: With an IP64 rating, these headsets are dustproof and splash-resistant, making them ideal for the unpredictable British winter.

Versatility for Every Role

We stock three versions to suit every role in your organisation. There is a Headband Version for supervisors or those without a need for a full helmet, a Helmet Mounted Version for operators, and an Integrated Helmet (the STIHL Advance X-Vent ProCOM) for the ultimate "out-of-the-box" solution.
