Legal Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Winchester Garden Machinery.

 

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 or over. Residents of Northern Ireland are strictly excluded due to regional structural formatting laws.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this draw are not permitted to enter.

3. How to Enter

• The promotion opens at 5:00pm May 20th 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 17th December 2026 ("The Promotional Period").
• To enter, participants must spend a minimum of £100 (gross, inclusive of VAT but excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction on the Promoter's website and input the code STIHL100 at checkout, or spend a minimum of £100 (gross, inclusive of VAT) with us in-store. 
• Multiple entries are permitted. Every full increment of £100 spent within a single qualifying transaction yields one automatic entry (e.g., a total order value of £240 yields 2 entries; the remaining £40 does not carry over to future orders).
• Entrants must ensure a valid email address and telephone number are attached to their customer account at checkout.

4. The Prize

• The prize is one brand-new, authentic STIHL MS 500i Petrol Chainsaw Centennial Edition
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter guarantees that the chainsaw is a genuine STIHL product purchased from an authorised supply chain, supplied complete with its anniversary branding assets.

5. Crucial Returned Goods Clause

• If a participant requests a partial or full refund on a qualifying order that brings the remaining value of that transaction below the £100 threshold, any entries generated by that specific transaction will be immediately voided and removed from the final draw database.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid logged entries using a verified computerised random number generator tool.
• The draw will take place within 7 business days Friday 18th December 2026
• The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at checkout within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to provide proof of age within 14 calendar days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up winner via the same random process.

7. Data Protection & Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees to have their surname and county of residence published on the Promoter’s website to satisfy the requirements of the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). The winner may request that their details be withheld by contacting the Promoter before the draw date.
• All personal data gathered during this draw will be handled strictly in accordance with UK GDPR laws and our published Privacy Policy.
