The pinnacle of Honda’s professional range, the HRH536QX is designed to handle a  a heavy-duty daily workload. With a cutting deck of 21" (approx. 53cm) the HRH536QX is perfect for lawns up an acre. Power is provided by Honda’s pro-spec four-stroke engine featuring a durable cast-iron cylinder sleeve and crankshaft that runs on specially adapted bearings to help extend its life; it is also provided with dual air filters and a larger 1.5 litre fuel tank for extended use. The HRH536QX is self-propelled with the drive provided by the steel rear roller. As well as propelling the mower forward, the roller applies the classic English style stripe effect to your lawn and, just as importantly, allows you to mow up to the edge of the lawn without the danger of dropping the rear wheel into the border and scalping the grass. An often overlooked benefit of the rear roller is that growing grass causes the soil around it to lift, creating an uneven lawn. The application of the heavy steel roller acts to firm the soil down and help reduce this unevenness.

As one of professional grade machines, the Honda HRD536QX comes with a number of features not found on some of their more domestic focussed ranges. Perhaps the most useful of these features is Honda’s Roto-Stop® blade brake mechanism. This stops the blades without stopping the engine which means that you can empty the grass bag or reposition the mower without having to restart the mower each time. In addition the HRD536QX has an immensely strong solid aluminium cutting deck which is corrosion resistant, control cables protected by a strong plastic conduit, and a generous 83 litre grass bag. Durability is further ensured through Honda's innovative design of the cutting blades which have been designed to bend and not break in the event that an obstacle is hit. This greatly reduces the likelihood of damage to the crankshaft should such an incident occur.

Cutting height adjustment is via a single rear mounted lever with five positions from 14mm-52mm and the heavy gauge steel handles complete the picture.

Roto-stop -  When you release the handle the engine continues but the blade stops - so you can leave the engine running to empty the grass bag or drive across gravel paths with complete safety and peace of mind.

Heavy duty handle bar - Heavy gauge handle bar tubing with additional support bracket and handle bar cable protector for extra durability.

Rear Roller  - Give your lawn that classic stripe. A rear roller offers greater machine balance and control when cutting around the edges of your lawn too.
