The STIHL HTA 110 is a lightweight, professional cordless telescopic pole pruner for efficient tree maintenance at height. It is particularly well suited to tree surgeons, landscapers, estate maintenance teams and commercial grounds-care professionals who need to prune, thin and maintain branches with precision, without the noise, fumes or routine engine maintenance of petrol equipment.
Also an excellent choice for keen home gardeners with mature trees, the low-noise battery-powered design makes it practical for working in residential gardens and noise-sensitive locations such as schools, hospitals and housing estates.
Professional reach and controlled cutting
The rigid telescopic shaft adjusts quickly from 285 cm to 405 cm using an ergonomic quarter-turn adjustment, helping you position the cutting head accurately for overhead pruning work. Its 12" (30 cm) guide bar and 1/4" P Picco Micro 3 chain are designed for clean, controlled cuts, making the HTA 110 ideal for branch pruning, crown thinning and general tree care.
A newly designed magnesium gearbox combines professional durability with low weight, while improving visibility of the cutting area. The integrated dipstick line on the sprocket cover further supports accurate positioning when making precise cuts at height.

At just 6.8 kg, the HTA 110 is designed to reduce fatigue during extended use. The ergonomic control handle is comfortable for both right- and left-handed users, and the LED display provides clear operating information. A sturdy branch hook makes it easier to pull down and clear loose cuttings after pruning.
The quick-release bracket allows straightforward use with a suitable shoulder strap or harness, helping professional users manage the tool comfortably during longer jobs. A protective foot also helps protect the housing when the pole pruner is placed on the ground.

Powered by the STIHL AP System, the HTA 110 delivers dependable cordless performance with a brushless motor for strong, consistent cutting power. The battery fits directly into the tool for excellent freedom of movement around gardens, orchards, estates and work sites. Its low-noise operation is a major advantage where early-morning, residential or public-facing work is required.
This is a shell-only machine. A compatible STIHL AP battery, charger and chain oil are required and available separately. The recommended battery is the STIHL AP 300 S.

If the device and battery are equipped with the POWER BOOST function, the battery always provides the maximum possible power for the respective application. In order to ensure optimum battery life, the device temporarily adjusts the power if it is used too intensively.
CONSTANT POWER, REGARDLESS OF BATTERY CHARGE STATUS. With other brands of battery tools, the performance usually decreases during work as the battery discharges. This is not the case with STIHL cordless power tools with CONSTANT POWER. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your STIHL power tool works with consistently high power.
FOR SIMPLE AND SECURE RE-TENSIONING. Side-mounted chain tensioning allows for protected, easy and quick chain tensioning and replacement. The tensioning screw is inserted laterally through the sprocket cover.
IMPROVED REACH. The telescopic shaft allows you to work at height from the ground. This is ideal for trimming high-up branches or cutting tall hedges. The telescopic shaft can be adjusted without tools.
QUICK-RELEASE TWIST LOCK CLAMP. The length of the square telescopic shaft can be easily adjusted without tools by using the quick release clamp. Simply twist it to unlock it, adjust the shaft to the desired length, and then twist it again to lock it.
